PRESBYTERIAN WOMEN
 
 
      Presbyterian Women (PW) is a churchwide organization whose membership is open to all women of the PC(USA). We reflect a vision of the whole church as a community of mutual interdependence in which diversity contributes to wholeness.  PW gives strong support to the mission of the PC(USA) and determines its own leadership program and budget.
 
     Presbyterian Women is organized at all levels of the PC(USA) – in congregations, presbyteries and synods as well as General Assembly. This connectional system allows ideas and information to continually flow back and forth to strengthen the work of Presbyterian Women and the ministry of the Presbyterian Church (USA).
    Here at IPC, we receive  special offerings are taken each year – the Birthday Offering and the Thank Offering.
     
 
 
The Morning Glories Circle meets the first Thursday of each month at 10:00 a.m. at the church, September – June. We share in book studies and collect money for mission and the Fellowship
of the Least Coin every time we meet. Following the meeting, we enjoy each other’s company over refreshments.

    The Evening Circle meets at 7 p.m. on the second Monday of each month (September through June) at church. 
      We send  “Thinking of You” cards to shut-ins and others as an important part of each month’s meeting. We’ve created Valentines for the residents of The Oaks of Brecksville along with our IPC shut-ins, and supported the collection of used pots and pans which were donated to a recycling project for those in need. We’ve assembled Fidget Blankets for local dementia units.  We’ve supported the Knit Wits, Family Promise, and the Cleveland Animal Protective League.
      Our monthly studies are led by members who choose a newspaper/magazine article or book chapter on a topic of their choice.  was able to donate gifts.
