Meet our staff . . .
Our Pastor

Rev. Dr. Matthew Zuehlke

The Rev Dr Matthew Zuehlke (he goes by “Pastor Matthew” – it’s less of a mouthful!)  has been our installed pastor since January of 2015. Pastor Matthew has served in ministry for seventeen years and to congregations across the Midwest.

He loves coffee, enjoys cooking, and is an avid amateur photographer.

Pastor Matthew’s favorite passage:
For I am convinced that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor rulers, nor things present, nor things to come, nor powers, 39 nor height, nor depth, nor anything else in all creation, will be able to separate us from the love of God in Christ Jesus our Lord.” ~ Romans 8:38-39

His Doctorate is in Church Administration with a specialty in Christian Funerals. He also has a Masters of Divinity as well as post-grad work in counseling and family therapy.

He and his wife Michelle are parents to two children: Ariana (7) and Nathaniel (2). Both of which you’ll see on any Sunday singing and sharing with the church.

He’s always open for a call or visit.

Paula Trill

Paula is the day-to-day backbone of the church office. She has served the church for multiple years. She assists Pastor Matthew in a variety of tasks, handles office communications, and printing for the church. The hardest part of her job is putting up with pastor’s bad jokes!

She is an active quilter and a member of the Presbyterian Women Association of IPC.

She, and her husband Terry, have two grown children.
